Puppy Application
You must send in a completed puppy questionnare and be approved before you can take home one of our puppies.
We would love to get to know our future puppy families by having you fill out the puppy application/ questionnaire at the bottom of this page. after you have submitted the questionnaire we will contact you and let you know what we have available or plan to have available. We will also send a copy of our contract/guarantee for you to look over. We usually accept 4 deposits on litters in utero. We will place puppies in homes in the order in which deposits are received. Please understand that all deposits are NONE REFUNDABLE because as soon as we recieve a deposit we will mark your puppy as reserved and it will no longer be available for other prospective buyers
Puppies are priced at $2,500 with limited AKC
We require a $400 deposit to reserve a puppy in utero and half of the remaining balance down when you pick your puppy (4 to 6 weeks) and the total remaining balance due at the time the puppy goes home. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a different litter. Reservation deposits are applied toward the puppy's purchase price.
We do OCCASIONALLY sell pups with exceptional conformation, and promise for performance,
with full AKC , However we do hold to a very strict set of guidelines and conditions in order to purchase a puppy from our kennel with full AKC. We will only sell puppies with breeding rights to people who are serious about breeding and training and will dedicate time to work towards their titles in performance and/or conformation. We will only sell puppies with full registration to ESTABLISHED breeders, with good track records and a consistent history of health testing and show/ training accomplishments. Even when all of these requirements are met, seldom do we actually agree to place a Bellevue puppy into a breeding home, so unless you meet the above criteria, please do not ask for full AKC.

Once you have been approved
Once you have been approved as a puppy buyer and you are ready to send in your holding deposit, you will be asked to fill out the holding deposit agreement form and send it back to us. you can review and print the form by clicking the button below.

Please allow us up to a week to review your puppy application. If you have not heard back from us within that time, you can call or text us at 916-215-7794 to check in on the status of your application. We will always let you know what our decision is, If you do not receive a response, you may need to resubmit your application or call.
